Film: Rosemary's Baby Music: Main title Year: 1968 Composer: Krzysztof Komeda Celebrated Polish director, Roman Polanski, created in 1968 what is perhaps one of the greatest horror films of all time. Its themes of satanic offspring and creepy apartment dwellers was something incredibly new at the time, which ultimately turned it into a huge hit. For the film, Polish jazz musician--Krzysztof Komeda--wrote a chilling score that incorporated lullaby singing as a haunting melody of music that became just as frightening to listen to as the film is to watch.
