End Hunger and Slow Aids by Irrigating Africa

Their answer was to irrigate farms to stabilize Africas food supply, because 94% of farming is impacted by drought No rain = starvation. The answer to irrigation is windmills that can be built by a common farmer with found materials. This has the potential to save millions of lives.
