Many words have been written about folks in Hollywood remaking and ruining great British television but once in a long while, the reverse is true. The year after That 70s Show started in the US, the same producers relaunched the series as Days Like These in the UK, with (mostly) the same character names, same scripts (tweaked for UK references) but much less money and talent. June Whitfield guests in this episode "Grandma's Dead"; in the same script done by 70s show, that part was filled by Marion Ross.
