This song and dance performance is entitled "The Mysterious Rhythm of Regong". It is produced by Qinghai Tibetan Opera and National Song and Dance Troupes of Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province. It consists of seven episodes: Prologue, the Soul of Regong Art, Wutu Dance, Folk ritual, Folk sacrificial dance, Scriptures engraved in mani stones (story), and a Tibetan Blessing. It helps better understand traditional Tibetan culture.
