Although it doesn't make much sense, this is a factor in winning influence with a future character. Anyway...as you finish up looking around in the docks, you find a man looking for his wife, possibly living somewhere in the Refugee Sector. You offer to go and find her. Knowing that you want the Exchange to 'notice' you, you look inside the Entertainment Promenade and meet with Kallah-Nah, an informant/snitch, who, for the right amount of money, will get you noticed by the Exchange. Remembering the two thugs who talked about Vogga's Hoard, you buy some Juma juice from the bartender. Now, all you have to do is get an audience with Vogga...
