Sharp's Healsio : DigInfo

DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv Sharp unveiled its new Healsio which uses extremely high temperature steam to thoroughly cook food and reduce the salt and fat in dishes. On Healsio's display, users can cycle through a menu of 112 recipes and see the nutritional information of each dish as well as see the difference in calories between other cooking methods and the Healsio. The Healsio cooks at a temperature of 539 calories/gram and uses extremely hot steam that removes fat and salts thus lowering the calories in the food. Although the design is compact, the Healsio contains two cooking racks and can perform a wide range of cooking techniques.This system goes on sale on September 5, 2008.
