The Institute of Ministry in Bradenton Florida and Strawberry Lake Minnesota is a ten week leadership training school that will ignite your passion for service and equip you to achieve your God-given purpose in life. At IOM you will receive fresh ideas on ministering on the job, you home, the church and community. You will learn innovative strategies for local and foreign missions and enjoy biblical studies to help maximize you leadership potential. IOM was founded in 1975 by Dr. Gerald Derstine. Today, several thousand graduates are ministering in different parts of the world.
