Say PRETTY Please John... Snoozy John McCain was off his game at the Convention, obviously he hasn't been himself lately. Like for the past 3 1/2 years or so. Guess all that stress from watching Bush drag him and his Party into war. Well, it'll be interesting to see how these next months go. After 26 years in Washington now George Bush has told John McCain "YOU are the change we have been waiting for." Wish he had thought to start working on the 'change' thing a few days before he started working on the 'Keating 5' thing and drag the entire Savings and Loan business into the toilet. Imagine. He contributed to the failure of a complete banking industry! Then, he hires a VP who he hasn't met but once, a day before he needs her to be on the job, and we all find out together she has NO experience with the economy, foreign affairs. Only the two most important things going on in the world for the US right now. So, she can recite a speech at a podium - and that's great. But it would be nice if it didn't shroud an entire lack of her own belief system on government economic and international matters. Since Bush's speechwriter is writing her words, I guess we can guarantee that the next 4 years WILL in fact look a lot like the last 8. Only you're going to lose a lot of your freedoms as her religious Far Right roosters come home to roost. Brawwwwcaaaaaakk!! Be careful of the Far Right John. They know if you get in the White House, you aren't the one THEY have been waiting for. And you are not going to get in their way given how they have bombed clinics, killed doctors and lied to the American people when it suits their needs. You can't even control the crowd at your own convention, the Far Right forced you to pick the vice president THEY wanted, not the one you wanted - so who is running this Party anyway? Same old Party it has always been. Rich White Elitists - who know how to make a buck on the backs of poor Americans. Say Cindy, was that a 300,000 dollar outfit you were wearing? That's nice. I think some people would think that was what a home would cost - in a good area of town. Nice to know you toss it around like that. Did you also buy your plane on Ebay? The rich keep getting richer and the rest of us are left holding his bags.
