Chapter 9 ~ 9:30 am. Saturday, Jonas House, Jasmine POV~ I'm standing in front of my mirror again. I put my hair in a pony then walk to the bathroom. i don't bump into anyone this morning. maybe I'm up to later? I skip a shower and just splash my face with cold water, add some concealer then walk down stairs. There is a note. hm? Jasmine- Your mom, Fankie and I are shopping, Kevin and Mr. Jonas took Nick to a doctors appointment. We'll be back around 1 Love you , Denise Oh, where is Joe then? I turn the note over and see scribbled handwriting. Yo! Jogging bbl, dont kill ur self- Joe :) Oh, so I guess i'm alone. I skip breakfast and start to explore. I find some cool yet boring rooms. Oh, a room with a closed door...opening it. Whoaa there is like tons of equipment every where. I quickly scan the room, my eyes stopping on a gorgeous grand piano. I walk over and touch the keys. It sounds so beautiful. I sit down and do some scales and arpeggios. I haven't played in so long, sadly it shows. No one is here, no one to hear. I let my fingers glide over the keys and begin to play my song. "that was really good!" i jump and turn to look at a sweaty Joe standing in the doorway. "uh, no one was suppose to hear. ever. Joe, you...no..." I say shaking my head. He walks over and sits next to me. He reaches his hand to place it under my chin and lifts my head up to look at him. He gently wipes the tears, that i hadn't realize had fallen, away. "Did you write it?" He quietly asks. "yes," i pause I never talk about this but something in his eyes made me feel safe. ps. pretend that Jasmine wrote it not Faith Hill or whoever...kay! part 2 tomorrow!!
